After receiving a DVD set from this company which was sent from China, I was skeptical of its authenticity, so I returned it as per their return policy. I sent an email to the Customer Service Department and was contacted by "Sean" who assured me: We will definitely honor our refund policy and refund you in full upon a return. Please send the set to:

I returned the DVD set to the address and sent a confirmation email to them to which "Sean" responded: Yes we will notify you as soon as we receive the package and refund
you promptly.
It has been over two months and no one will respond to my emails re this matter. I did some checking and the phone number they provide is actually "Sean's" cell number as he has a page on FNK.ca and one entry includes the following information:
fnk.ca/nov 6th @ the drink.
