I bought a workout box set from this company. First, they guaranteed it would be here quickly, but it took about a month and a half to get here. Then when I received my product, it had been shipped from China. I couldn't read the chinese lettering, so I was concerned about why it came from there.
I wrote the company because I opened my box set, and it appeared to be used. The case it was in looked worn and the DVDs had scratches on them. I finally received an e-mail from a man named "Sean", and he said sorry and that they would refund my money in full upon return of the product.
I sent it to the address they gave me in Vancouver, Canada. It has not been a month and a week. I have written the company 6 times without even receiving one reply e-mail. I feel like I have been ripped off. I'm doubting that I will receive my $89 back.
I just hate trusting a company that puts 100% satisfaction guaranteed on their web page and then doesn't reply to your e-mails or doesn't even have a phone number to call. I'm so disappointed in this company.
I hope no one else falls into this same trap and gets their money stolen.
