I ordered a complete boxed set of "The Golden Girls" from buydvdhere.com on November 27, 2009 for my mother-in-law for Christmas. I was assured that the dvds would arrive before Christmas. The charge went through on my credit card on December 2, 2009, and I was provided a tracking number. The item appeared to be shipped from China. I was not aware I was buying from a company in China until this stage of the transaction. Anyway, on their website they claim a delivery time of 7-10 days. The last reported activity on my tracking number was in China on December 11th. When I heard nothing more I contacted the company, and a person named "Tan" wrote me back stating that the DVDs were in my country now, so the tracking number would no longer be updated. He assured me "not to worry" that they would be delivered before Christmas. On December 23rd I still had not received the dvds so I wrote Tan again. He assured me "not to worry - they would be there". Christmas came and went, and my package never arrived. Today is January 7, 2010, and still no package. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge and they are going to do a chargeback to the company and credit my Mastercard immediately. BEWARE - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
