Oil drain out of snowblower/way of delery

Snowblower was delerved /was stack upright causing oil to empty out completly cover machine/told repairman would be out monday i was told i would be called sunday with time repairman would be monday. got call monday morn appointment cacelled upset that took day off to be here. talk to many represented /erveyone seems to pass the buck to someone else .sincine sears contracted delervery out service has gone out backdoo
