My husband and I ordered (and pre-paid 566.47$) 100 custom playing cards to give as favours at our wedding. We were promised delivery of the product 4-6 weeks later.
10 weeks later (4 days before our wedding) we cancelled our order after receiving an email from Best Invites explaining that they were out of the color we wanted. We asked for a refund at that time (January 30 2007) and haven't received it yet (May 2007), despite weekly phone calls and email reminders. We were assured many times that our refund would be processed by a certain date, but it never was.
We have also gotten help from our lawyer - but Ron Bester (manager of Best Invites) has not returned any of his calls. Sean Loewe, "answerer of the phone" will not let us talk to Ron. We are ready to take them to small claims court if we have to.
