On April 30 2007 I ordered advantix for my dogs. They charged my credit card $127.85. I never got an email verifying my purchase. I waited for my delivery. On May, 14 2007 I tried to call this company to find out where my order was and Sarah informed me that my order had been cancelled and my money would be credited to my card. On May 25, 2007 I e-maled them 10 messages with a request to contact me about this matter and got no response.
Again on May 31, 2007 I sent 5 more e-mails and have gotten no response Well today is June 6 2007 and my money has not been credited back to my card as of today. Phoned the company again today I spoke to Sarah again requesting to talk to a supervisor and I found out his name is Sean. She claimed he was in a meeting and that he would return my call as soon as he was out of his meeting, again no call. I'm tired of the lies, excuses and the red tape. If I wanted to be treated this way I would deal with SEARS.
Well I consider my self a fair and patient person when I get no responses from all methods of contact and they still have my money. THAT TO ME IS A RIPPOFF
