I receive what was to be the 20 session of Law and Order for $179.00 but got Law and Order recorder off of TNT

I receive what was to be Law and Order DVD 20 session Box and got Law and Order of $179 recorder off of TNT channel. Want to get in touch with them but there web site was gone. The recording were not of great value either. I notice other people got rip off by this company and can't get there money back. I don't know what to do. This is my first time getting torn by a company.
