Placed an order with rollies.com 04/18/2010. I understand that they might be busy but this order is going on 4 months now and I have been unable to get a response or reply from the company after half a dozen phone calls leaving a voice mail each time and 4 emails to inquire about ETA. Its ok if my order takes a really really really long time but would it kill you to reply to one of my 10 messages??? Apparently everyone else on this site who complained got their orders so I figured this is my only hope if the company wont respond to me through normal channels. They may very well be great people who are working their tails off to run a small business but you gotta get back to a customer after 10 messages are left and an order has been paid for 4 months ago!! I will be happy to remove any negative reports from this site if i at least get a response from the company with some idea of when i will get my order.
