I have never received the product I purchased... I got some DVD insted with I guess the manuals they advertized. I have requested 8 times a return address through thier web sites only to be told each time " the ticket has been closed due to inatcivity" There is no Phone number posted on thier site, no way to contact them other than the "ticket"... what a SCAM!!!
