I purchased a ticket from Expedia.ca web site and at the time of purchase the refund policy was just $US50 charge. But when I requested refund they deducted the US$50 and about CAD$200, when I asked why they took the CAD$200, I was told because of the "non-refundable" taxes. But there was mention for this non-refundable tax any where on the web site when I paid for the ticket. I filed a complaint on their web site, then they replied to my email promising to refund me the CAD$200, but they never did and they sent me another email telling me that no refund will be issued to me and the case is closed...
