I ordered flowers for my mother who is 91 yrs old for Valentines day, when they arrived they were frozen the lady that looks after my mom called right away and was told that a fresh bunch would arrive later in the day, after many excuses 7 days later no flowers were delivered. i was promised three times that a customer service person would call instaed they kept sending me e-mails, finally after many e-mails from myself a person called i said that my mom does not want flowers now as she was upset with all the waiting for new ones only to be told that i cannot recieve a refund anloy for the delivery charge. i have been told that i have a credit with this so called florist, i am of course very reluctant to put my mother through it again. I must mention that please be aware of this company to anyone doing business with them. guess it was a lesson learned that next time call the local florist.
