I warn everyone out there to stay away from Artisan Florist.I ordered flowers for my grandma over the internet 2 days before her b-day. They were to be delivered on her b-day or before. I called Artisan Florist on my grandmother's b-day and they informed me that she was not going to receive the flowers that day. They were suppose to arrive the next day.It has been 3 days since her b-day and she still has not received her flowers.
My credit card was charged about 3 dollars more than the Artisan Florist said it was going to be.
Most of the times when I called the customer service line, no one answered. The answering service suggested that I leave a message and they would get back to me. I still have not receive any phone calls or emails from Artisan Florist. My grandmother did not get her flowers, I was overcharged, and I was treated very badly by their so called customer service.
Please spread the word, do not do business with Artisan Florist. I was trying to send my grandmother flowers for her b-day and instead I ended up with a major headache.
