I ordered flowers for some loved ones who were in going to be attending a funeral. The flowers did not arrive at the destination until two days after the funeral took place.

I tried to contact Urbanflorist several times to express my concern regarding their unsatisfactory service, but I received no response. On the other hand, they wasted no time at all in billing me.

Do not do business with this company. They don't understand quality customer service.
