Wrong bouquet and delivery on the wrong date

I placed an order for the "Autumn Simply Divine" bouquet of flowers 2 days ago.
I refer to my order #6543.
I asked for it to be delivered for Tuesday Sept 26, 2017 and my girlfriend called me yesterday, Tuesday the 19th spoiling my surprise for her birthday. Also the pix she sent me has no resemblance to the pix depicted on your web site. I paid over a hundred dollars for this? I'm pretty upset.
