They mistakenly sent my little package (a birthday present containing some Cds and a shirt and some very sentimental photos and letters) to the headquarters for customs and inspection. It was sent under the status of "used goods" or something ridiculous that is automatically locked up pending a 150$ charge. I have 60 days before customs sells my parcel, and considering the rude indifference I have gotten from customer service managers and supervisors, this is not much time. They washed their hands clean of their mistake, and it is impossible to find the CEO, these people are trained to mislead cusomers.
