TOYGLOBE
They did not send the package I had bought. I had to wait for 113 days to be refund. ripoff

Summary:

I am from Argentina. I placed my order (approximately USD 102 plus transportation rate) though Toyglobe.com webpage on 09/21/05. I was said that the package had left their store on 10/28/05. They gave me a fake customs number. On 12/01/06, after 113 days of placing my order, Toyglobe decided to refund me. The package has never arrived.

Situation

I placed the Order Number 108192 on 09/21/2005. After tree days, owing to the lack of news I sent an e-mail asking for the Order situation. Then I was told by Isabella that there was a trouble with the shipping address. I explained to her that the shipping address was the same as the billing one and that by mistake I had written MONTES DE OCA on the street name textbox instead of the full street name that is AV. MANUEL A MONTES DE OCA. I also explained to her each part of the shipping address. Immediately, Bella, as she would like to be called, said to me that she had corrected it and as a result, the problem had been solved.

Over 21 business days later, I sent another e-mail asking why my package had not been shipped yet. As an instant result, I received an e-mail on 10/27/05 saying that a package had been sent me on 10/28/05 (I am not making verb conjugation mistake.) More over, I noticed that the shipping address had not been corrected by Bella as she told me he would do it.

In addition, the only piece of information Bella gave me that could have been useful for tracking my package turn out to be a WRONG customs number. Bella told me she would give me the REAL tracking number, but then she recognized that the package had been sent without a tracking number.

By the middle of December, Bella told me she had to wait a 45 day mark until she could make a claim for missing international packages at USPS. And she promised to update me on the situation but, when the 45 day mark was reached she forgot to notify me if she had made the claim or not.

By experience I notice that if I did not email them, they forgot to contact me. Each e-mail they sent me was an answer to one of my e-mails. From the first e-mail where I asked for the order situation and they answered that they had a problem with the shipping address until the last mail, all of them were answers to my e-mails. They have never sent me any spontaneous e-mail.

Besides, I desire to emphasize the bad manners Isabella (nickname Bella at [email protected]) has. She is rude and impolite. She has never apologized about the order delay. She only accuses USPS of losing the package and asks me not to disturb her with emails. The fact is that if I not email her, she does not email me. Besides, I actually do not know if she is taking care of my problem unless she emails me. How can Toyglobe allow a bad-mannered person, like Bella, to sign the emails with Toyglobe Customer Service Rep?

I also tried to communicate with George Riskas at [email protected] and Jade Winters as [email protected] but neither of them asked my emails.

After 113 days of placing my order through TOYBLOBE webpage I received the following email:

Hello Jose,
Your credit card has been refunded in full. The authorization number for this refund is 11251R. You should see this on your credit card statement within the next 24 to 48 hours. We also ask that you no longer make contact with us as we are blocking your email address. It has become apparent to us that you do not understand that we can do NOTHING while we wait for USPS to contact us regarding the status of the lost package and insurance claim that we have made.
Thank you,
Bella

Yes, my credit card has been refunded in full. I think I was lucky.

My assumption:

I don't believe the address mistake is the cause of the package loss because the error is not critical and any local postman can find it any way. One option is that they forgot to ship my package (but not to charge my credit card), and when I sent the e-mail asking for the dispatch situation, they reacted sending an e-mail saying the package had been shipped to me a day before the package had really been shipped I don't know why, the package got lost at USPS.

On the other hand, I also consider the possibility that the package had never left their store and someone at TOYGLOBE Company had simulated a shipment with a fake customs number. I believe that Isabella, George Riskas and Jade Winters are involved in this cheat.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOYGLOBE.COM.
