I placed an order in the beginning of Oct., 2005 for a child's costume. On Oct. 28, the order was not received and I cancelled and asked for a refund. Renee stated that they were backed up and would refund asap. After several e-mails, there was still no credit. The last response from them was Jan. 5, 2006, asking for "6-8 working days" to prepare the file for refund. As of today my credit card has not been credited, I have contacted my credit card company, and filed as many complaints as possible.
