Costume Disguises, Costume Hut
I was ripped-off by Costume Disguises/Costume Hut. On 9/29/05, costume disguises sent me a confirmation e-mail for my children's witch halloween costumes. Ultimately, after several e-mails back and forth with them, I did not receive costumes until halloween day around 2 p.m. and they actually sent me the wrong costumes! They were some type of medieval princess costumes and they were the wrong sizes. When I e-mailed them and told them this the response I got from an Angela G was "I am aware that you received the wrong item. It is because your costume was out of stock and we did not want any child to go without a costume for halloween..." I sent the cosutmes back for a refund, not to mention I had to also pay for the shipping and handling. They told me I would receive a full refund, but to date I have not and they do not reply to any of my e-mails anymore.
