Fraudulent Selling and Billing Processes, Non-Responsive ripoff

The costume was received missing a critical piece. Costume Critters kept promising to ship the missing piece. Halloween was drawing near, so I gave up and asked for a return address for a refund. It took weeks to receive a return address, and I am still waiting for a refund on 11/30/05.
