I am sending this e-mail for the 2nd time, on top of numerous phone calls and messages and have yet to get a reply. My son has a costume party to go to tomorrow and has yet to receive his costume.
This order was placed on October 5th, guaranteeing delivery within 2 weeks. It is now over two weeks, and I am getting very frustrated, especially since none of my request has been responded to. I have searched the internet and have found several complaints about your company.
I wish I would have seen this earlier. You have just ruined my 3 year old's Halloween. I hope you're happy, but it will not end here! Though this is over a small item, I will be seeking a class action law suit, and reporting your company to RCMP Commercial Crime Office and the BBB-BEC.

I am sending this e-mail to Costumedisguises.com/ Costumehut.com, as well as posting it on both business websites. Either your company needs to fulfill its obligation with their customers in the next week, Arthur Scott, or action will be taken!! I expect a response either by phone or e-mail within 12 hours!!!
