I have been a loyal customer to bricks for three years. I bought lot of items from bricks over the years from east brick store. But recently we purchased $4000 dollars worth of products from brick north Regina. We did not think of buying but we were actually motivated by the sales rep named kamal, who promised us TV that comes with a remote and 4 sets of 3d glasses. However disaster stroked when received the products after two days. I did not get what i was promised. I got the floor model TV without remote control & 3d glasses and brand new sofa without the legs. When i called, i was told by Renay that the floor model TV does not come with either of items that i mentioned. As rep Renay were sticking to her argument i demanded for manager to speak to me. She said her floor general sales manager would not speak to me so she would write a note to store manager to call me next day, which did not happen at all and nobody call me. So i gave the store call directly. Every Time i call they have asked me to wait and later assured manager will call me back but never did. At the end after prolong frustration, me and .my wife had to carry the 60 inches TV to the store for refund. The lady store manager and general sales manager still would not come out to speak to me and all admin reps still sticking to their same argument, even after sales rep kamal said that he had promised those items. After long yelling finally general sales manager came up and followed the same argument for an hour and finally said sorry. All these could have avoided only if the general sales manager and lady store manager could have used their simple common sense to call me or ask rep kamal. I doubt whether they even qualify for the positions they are holding. On the other hand, Kamal the rep has done better job than those two manager combined. I wonder, if they could they could have given me the TV box only and would have said this is the 1200 dollar plasma TV box without TV and other accessories..!!
Also when they delivered, they did not even bother to wrap up the TV with a simple plastic wrap, consequent TV suffered lot of visible scratches.
And regarding the sofa` s legs i still did not receive it even after two months. I have no idea whether i will ever receive it in my life time. They even refused to change my new sofa which has no legs.
I wonder how brick like company hired these types of people. This avoidable incident totally changed my perception bricks. My suggestion to everyone now is to stay away from bricks. Thanks and good luck.
