I placed an order for my 1 1/2 year old son and my 6 month old daughter on Sept. 25, 2005 for halloween costumes. I trusted that they would be delivered 2 weeks later. It is now Nov. 14 05 still no costumes.
But I did recieve my bank statement and they took their money out of the bank.

I called and e-mailed numerouse times with almost no response. They e-mailed me back saying the costumes were shipped the day after halloween. Over one month after ordering! I replyed to them that same day telling them that they would be getting them back. Then about one week later they e-mailed me again telling me there were no refunds and I would get store credit. Well I still do not have the costumes. I called and called voice mail was always full. I e-mailed my number begging for a phone call. I want my money back!

Then on my bank statement it says costume hut not even the name of the advertised business. They need to pay.
