After ordering Sept. 29th only recieved partial order on about Oct. 26, 2005. I was told the other part was shipped and would arrive in time for Halloween. It did not. My daughter missed using the costume for several Halloween parties and Halloween since the second half of the order never showed up.
I was charged full amount for the par that made it and the part that didn't. I was told I could put return to sender on box, and my account would be credited, I tried that but the post office said? NO? after package had been opened. I spent $51.02 for the costume and had to pay $14.55 to send it back to them. I was told I would be credited.
On January 5, 2006 I was told again to please be patient and allow cashier 8-10 days to credit account. It is now April 4, 2006. I am out $65.57 and have NOTHING to show for it. After numerous unanswered emails, my last email came back as undeliverable and their phone number no longer works. This company is a scam and should be out of business.
My bank says that is has been longer than the 60 days I have to reverse a charge, so I can't do that. I have tried filing several complaints but have not had anything happen. Just look at all the people who have been jerked around by this company. This is ridiculous.
