After getting iphone unlocked by citymobility phone froze and was no longer sensitive to touch. After coming back from my oveseas trip I called for help and was basically brushed off. After much complaining they an offered to look at the phone if i paid again seeing the 30 day waranty was past by 1 week. After telling them that i was unsatisfied with after sales service the guy basically told me to shut up and buy a new phone. I frankly don't know how people like this stay in business. Oh yeah change the name and move.
