Refund Policy

MyFax has never sent me any statement of service until I checked a rarely used credit card of my wife's. They have been charging for an account I thought I closed in September after a trial we decided not to use.

I spoke to a very rude person who was in no desire to help and calling again to a young supervisor I got the same message "sorry you feel that way - we dont give refunds" If you had cell service and did not use it you would get charged was his only response.

Yes but I would get a statement so I knew that i was getting charged.By not telling me charges were being processed they are in default and I am fighting to get a refund for the ast 5 months.
