End of January 2009 I ordered a TRIAL product from WU YI TEA, through their web advertisement. I received the trial shipment and was charged, as agreed, US$ 4.95, on my master card.
When I checked my credit card report before paying, I noticed that I was charge us$ 59.95. I never ordered anything from this company, after noticing this was a false statement, and the only thing working was the diet by itself, and the tea has absolutely no effect.
Today I went to the post office to discover a new shipment from this company... I did not place any order to them. I returned it right away, called my credit card company and discovered that they had charged my account for an addition US$ 59.95.
When I discovered the 1rst of the over charged amount, I called immediately the company at : 866-449-5567 where Mrs. Stephanie Blessing assured me that the account was closed - this was on February 28. 2009.
It is now march 4rh ant I got the second charged. I called back giving the company 2 days to refund. Will see what happens. In the mean time, I have to go to the bank corresponding to my credit card (40 km out of here) to have the claim to be processed right away... if I can, and have this company blocked, preventing them to re-enter in my account.
