Lost my ported numbe

Feb. 16 2011 fax number stops working after 15 years and by the way right after the automatic renewal for 1 year was paid. After 20 or more calls nothing todate has been done. No one calls back and no one can say what happened I've had the number for over 15 years and it appears on all my advertizing, cards, invoices website etc. what do I do now... MyFax will no return calls the automated phone lets you wait on hold for half an hour and then disconects you. Does this company even exsist???
