I’m now on the third day in a row of no internet service. No explanation of the problem and certainly no hurry to resolve what appears to be the same problem happening over and over and over again.!
If it’s equipment fix it or get new equipment. Maintain an inventory if critical spare parts. If it’s a technological or operational issue. Hire someone that knows how to deal with the recurring problem. If it’s a financial issue straighten out your finances or sell to someone that has the capital necessary to properly operate, maintain and improve the equipment.
The company is advertising new technology to provide faster upload and download speeds. What good is faster when it does not work at all. If any customers are interested in joining me in a class action law suit, please contact me.
