Ripoff dishonest billing, billing for cancelled orders ripoff

I ordered a chess set from Costume Hut in August. Over a week passed with no acknowledgement. I tried to contact them, but (as other have said) no one answers the phone and they did not respond to email.

I found this and other web sites alleging that this company is a fraud, so I cancelled the order. I received a confirming email saying the order was cancelled.

On October 24 they billed my credit card. No merchandise was ever received. I now have to dispute the charge with credit card company.
