Ripoff on line store does not ship merchandise

I placed an order (#125579) with three on-stock items (about$67.00) on this site two months ago, a couple days after the customer service contact me asking me for an ID because the country i live (mexico) was not on their safe zone, so i agreed, ten days later they wrote me informing me that pacakage was going to be shipped that week, i ask for a confirmation but there was no answer, i tried to use the sites on line customer service, but it only sends a "no reply" mail, saying that in two bussines days you will have an answer to your inquiry, (i wrote about ten times, and it never came), so i kept trying to get contact from the customer service executive named Bella Pozzi, almost three weeks ago she informed me that my package was lost by the usps and that i will have to wait 45 days since the shipping date, so they could make a reclaim, ok, i asked for that shipping date and the dispatch number, an guess what... no answer, she told me that she didnt have that information and that she was goin to ask for it to her supervisor. obviously all are excuses, and bad ones..
I dont know if iam going to get my order or my money back, but i want to warn all the action figures, online buyer to be careful with those guys... my advice do noy buy there
