In September of 2005 I ordered a pre-ordered item for my husband as a Christmas present. It was scheduled to be "In Stock" on December 10th. I ordered the DC Elseworlds Red Sun Superman action figure. I have the order confirmation number as 108097. There is no direct line to contact any human being for this website, so I filled out 3 of their "contact forms." I received an auto-reply message telling me to check the website again due to possible changes in release dates. This was the week of Christmas. Upon doing so, of course their site listed it as "In stock" and now the price has gone up. I have not been charged yet, thank goodness, for this product, but they still have my card # on record, which makes me very nervous.
I have found various e-mails through other complaint sites: [email protected], [email protected], as well as [email protected] I received another "auto-reply" message from Jade saying she was out of the office and to fill out the online question form! It seems like such a runaround. I just want my now "LATE" Christmas present for my husband or to know the order can be cancelled so I can order it from someone else! Help me please! And for all others, don't use this site in the future!
