I placed an order with Toyglobe.com on 9/12/04, and received an email confirming the order with a TOYGLOBE ORDER: TOYGLOBE-xxxxx the same day.
My credit card was charged for the order on 9/13/04. As of today (9/27/04) I have not received my order. I have written 2 emails to [email protected] and have not had any response to date. Furthermore, there is no phone number contact information to be found anywere on the website.
Now that I have seen other similar Rip-Off complaints submitted on Toyglobe.com, I will be contacting my bank to report this incident, and I would not recommend using Toyglobe.com to anyone.
