Yesterday, my Visa Card was charged by $363.17 illegally, by Piperlime USA for a purchase on line or phone. I don't know what kind of security measures they have but I usually get asked for the security code at the back of the card. Since the card is not stolen the person who committed this fraud could not have had it, yet Piperlime put the charge through just the same.
Obviously their diligence in security policies leaves a lot to be desired. Needless to say that I canceled the card immediately but I think the consumers should be aware of this and take measures accordingly when they use their cards with this company. They're not trustworthy or reliable.
