I had requested software bell for total security protection package on 13.09.2009. TD Visa debited amount of Can $ 55.13 from account. however total security protection was not given to me by softwarebell. when i called them up they said that the trasaction was denied by TD Visa so they did not give me the package. however my credit card statement shows a deduction of Can. $ 55.13 as of today but i have not yet received the package. i now do not want the package as i was sick of this affair and dealing and service of software bell, and hence went in for purchase of ANOTHER ANTI PRIACY SOFTWARE.
TD Visa has bee informed to reverse this charge.
