Purchased a CD-Rom from CHQ Software.net containing a military manual written by by Col. Rex Applegate. Paid with credit card. They failed to send the item.
Numerous emails sent to them went unanswered and they do not list a telephone number. Never got a response and never received what I had ordered and paid for. A total rip off in my opinion!!!
