MyPaysystems ripoff Sucked my client into paying for Kill-Pop-Ups, but she never received it

One of my clients recently got sucked into 'buying' Kill-Pop-Ups for her home computer system. She paid for the software with her credit card, but never did receive the software.

I checked over the computer and cannot find the software anyway. I did a search on this company because it sounded pretty flaky to me (I'm an IT Consultant) and found a number of other people complaining about this place.

She said she did try to contact this company about the missing software, but never got a response. I can't see wasting a pile of time trying to get $20 US back, so I'm entering this report on her behalf to hopefully warn off anyone else.
