Purchase software

Two purchase where taken from my visa. 159.00 was supposed to be a purchase for microsoft software which I didnt receive and nor get a key code as promised. 13.99 was for support which I didnt receive from them as well. I thought that they were a legitimate Microsoft Company and now I am not sure .I know that the money was taken from my visa on feb 6th 2011. Please help..
