Charged for items not received

My grandaughter, Miranda Clouthier of Box 538, Spiritwood SK, Canada, with my permission,

ordered GRC*PROACTIVE products on my Mastercard Account. Although she has not received

any products (AND DOES NOT WANT TO RECEIVE ANYMORE) for the last four months,

I am still being billed for them in the amount of $19.94 each month. I would like to have this corrected and be re-imbersed for the products we have not received.
