My mother aged 72 years requested me to order two items for her from JD Marvel Products Inc. I sent a cheque for C$56.16 and till date, my mother has not received any of the items.
Items ordered:
1. 8 pcs Porcelain Mixing, Serving & Storing Containers (Buy 1 get one free) C$19.95
2. Women's Two-tone link Najima #MBSW: C$19.95
taxes, shipping and handling: Total C$56.16
Is there anyway you can arrange for my mother to get these items or get her money returned.
In my letter to the company, I requested to be added on their mailing list, I have just this week received a brochure.;
Your assistance will be greatly apprecited.
