Unauthorized purchase and harassment

This company called our receptionist to confirm a listing in their business directory. A few weeks later we started getting calls and faxes demanding money for the listing. When told we did not order it, they said our receptionist had approved the order. We informed this company that the receptionist did not aprove the order and did not have the authority to do so, and on top of it all the address for our supposed "listing" was incorrect.

We have received calls and faxes from this company non stop ever since. We are a resources company in Northern BC, we would not enlist the services of a Quebec company for advertising. They are a fraud and I'm sure they get money out of unsuspecting corporations. They even went so far as to send a delivery receipt from Canada Post - with the cosignee name misspelled and a forged signature - TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Beware!
