When I signed up with Life Sport a month ago, the sales rep specifically told me that the company was in good financial health and that I had nothing to worry about. Yesterday I went to the gym and was locked out. The signs on the door stated that they had gone bankrupt. What pisses me off the most is that a month ago, the sales representatives must have known that the company was going under. It was so ethically wrong for the sales rep to sell me the gym membership under the given circumstance. Especially after I specifically asked about the event of Bankruptcy. I was completely mislead!
