Ditto to Mike reference Money Back Guarantee Ripoff by Great Cars and Trucks. The guarantee is that if they do not sell within 90 days they will return money.
In August, after numerous telephone calls from Kent we decided to list our RV Trailer with Great Cars and Trucks as it sounded like a win win because they had a money back guarantee.
The trailer did not sell, contacted them in November by telephone, no response to messages, went on line and read their policy so sent the money back guarantee form in as requested and have yet to hear from them.
Feel totally Ripped off!
