In July, 2006, I thought I was ordering a limited access on free music download for $9.95. I de-clicked other software and product offers. However, after I completed my cc info, I saw it charged me for $51.59 and included a 2 year access, spy protection and Pro version I did not order. There was no way to contact either via phone or tech support.
I cancelled my credit card and told them of the fraudulent situation. Today, they told me since I "authorized" the transaction, they can't dispute it. It wasn't true fraud. There contact phone has a message stating the service is down and to send email through their website. I tried that and it doesn't allow email to be sent. When I searched online to cancel membership, a paragraph tells how they are available to speak to live, but only list hours and no phone number.
