Horrible employees. Dishonourable service. CAR ACCIDENT infront of Fairmont Hotel YVR. One of their valet guys, Abdul, backed up in to my car while driving one of their customer's vehicle. Dents were made in my car and their customer's car. He denied any responsibility for the accident, and he even refused to exchange information when I mentioned reporting it to ICBC. I asked to speak to their manager, who was absent from the scene throughout. When the manager came out, I explained to him what had happened, and the first thing he said was he would be Abdul's witness. It was absolutely RIDICULOUS!! I told them that they should report to the vehicle owner about the accident. Guess what happened?? They threatened me: "Do not make a big deal out of this." These people at Gateway are completely irresponsible and dishonourable. Definitely STAY AWAY!!
