This is the worst insurance company there is!!! I need help so I will take any advice!! this is my first accident and I totaled my car I had a clean record and was expecting this company to give me back not the loan amount I owe which is 17000$ but the book value witch I was told was 12 000 by a sales manager for used car nothing lower (his words) it was a Mazda 6 2004 with 54k on it the time of the accident they are offering 10260 with tax in and will take 500 deductible off of that as well and they refuse to give me gst until I get another car so they can save money on the amount of the car since they know I will not be able to afford something higher even the woman said "the next car you will get will be around 5000 anyway" I need help I don't make that much money and I cant afford to get a lawyer and if anyone had dealt with this company and taking action legally I want in and I will fight to death I am still paying for this loan and please help this company are crooks PLEASE DO NOT SEEK INSURANCE WITH KINGSWAY GENERAL INSURANCE THEY WILL MESS YOU UP WHEN THE WORST HAPPENS
