The public needs to know that this company does not honor their written terms of agreement. In their terms of agreement it clearly states that if we wish to cancel our membership at any time, they (allcoolmusic) would honor our decision and make all necessary refunds. However they do not honor this instead they rip-off their customers, make promises of refund and they do not follow their committments.
This company is not to be trusted. They do not honor any terms of their contracts. They do not comply with any customer's requests.
The public should be aware their dishonestly.
