Ripoff sent us a bad check and told us we won the north american lottery

These people sent us a letter saying we had won the north american lottery of 95, 000 dollars and they sent us a check for 4, 050 dollars.

We called the number that was on the paper and they told us to take the check to our bank and deposit it, we then had to send them 3, 000 of it for taxes on prize money.
Our bank called and verfied that the money was there, but when our bank went to collect the money the bank sent the check came back.

Our bank had went ahead and put the money in our account.
We withdrew on the money and now we owe our bank back for the money that they didn't get from Rand Finance.
And after we sent them 3, 000 dollars they called and said that our prize money was being held by Federal Express and we had to send a additional 1300.00 dollars for the insurance on the money we were suppose to get.
So we now owe our bank 4, 0000.
