I went to ezmp3s.com and had signed up for their lifetime membership plus the dvd movie download package, and when I looked on my statement, it had shown that I had been charged twice. I have emailed the company several times with no response.
The company had said that if I wasnt satisfied, that I would be able to get a 100% money back guarantee if I was dissatisfied with there service in 30 days. I have tried to cancel but still no response. I would simply like to be credited the money that was charged to my account and be canceled off there "member list".
