I looked at my bank statement online today and noticed an unfamiliar check amount. Upon investigating, I see that www.PharmacyCards.com withdrew $139.00 from my checking account without my authorization.
I called their customer service, which they claim is third-party customer care number and they aren't direct employees of the company. They claimed that the mailed me a presciption card and since I didn't refuse they charged me for it.
How they received my routing number and checking account number is beyond me. They said that they would refund my money but it would take 15 business days and it would be in form of a check. I also called my bank to report them and they are opening an investigation as well.
