Agoda completely ignores the consumer rights and safety!

I have the following booking with Agoda

I wanted to post the following review in Agoda Web, I got refused.

"I suffered severe diarrhea from food poisoning at Tenza Hotel Hakata Station in Fukuoka Japan.

I'm a Canadian from Vancouver BC Canada. In the middle of Nov 2022, I visited Japan with staying at Tenza Hotel Hakata Station. I suffered severe diarrhea from food poisoning after eating the breakfast buffet. Before the trip, I went to the Travel Clinic to have a Dukoral 2-day Package, Cholera/Diarrhea (DIN 02247208) treated, I was not supposed to get diarrhea, that showed me how bad the food poisoning was at that hotel. Luckily, I carried Azithromycin 250mg. I took 4 tabs to get myself recovered during the road trip to Osaka Japan.

I called the hotel later on for several times with the help of Japan Travel Support (092-687-6639), Mr. Yasuhara from the hotel refused to admit this fact. He asked for evidence, so I asked him to call back all their customers who had breakfast during those days to find out if anyone suffered such food poisoning, he refused.

It's the hotel's duty of care to prevent the customers from a food poisoning, but the Tenza Hotel didn't do it; after I contacted them to find out such issue, the Tenza Hotel still didn't do it.

I found Tenza Hotel Hakata Station is not responsible, instead they are dishonest. I strongly don't recommend that hotel. Anyone who ever suffered such food poisoning around later 2022, please contact me. Anyone who has experience of dealing with hotel food poisoning claim, please help me."

Agoda gave the reason of 'As checked, since we are unable to prove that the food poisoning is caused by the property, hence we are unable to publish the review comment.'

Well, this is unacceptable! I don't understand why the review based on my real personal experience can't be posted? If they need prove, why so many positive reviews they don't ask the prove? Is this discrimination?

Agoda completely ignores the consumer rights and safety! I hope my experience with Agoda can be shared to the pubic to help others with avoiding my such bad experience!
